Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Escape To VR services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

VR Experience Participation
- • All participants must complete a digital waiver before their experience
- • Minimum age is 8 years old for all VR experiences
- • Participants ages 8-12 must have a parent or guardian present at the venue
- • All safety instructions must be followed during VR experiences
- • Participants must disclose any health conditions that may affect VR use
- • Escape To VR reserves the right to terminate experiences for safety violations

Booking and Cancellation
- • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- • Full payment is required at the time of booking
- • Cancellations 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund
- • Cancellations 4-24 hours in advance receive 50% refund or full credit
- • Cancellations less than 4 hours or no-shows are not eligible for refunds
- • We reserve the right to reschedule due to technical issues or emergencies
- • Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible

Liability and Safety
While we maintain high safety standards and use professional-grade equipment, VR experiences involve inherent risks including but not limited to: motion sickness, dizziness, disorientation, and risk of physical injury from movement within the play space.
Participants engage in activities at their own risk and must follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff. All participants or their legal guardians must sign a liability waiver before participating.
Escape To VR is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, pre-existing health conditions, or negligent behavior during experiences.

Participant Conduct
- • No alcohol or drug use before or during VR experiences
- • Participants must treat equipment with care and respect
- • Damage to equipment due to negligence may result in repair charges
- • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in session termination without refund
- • Photography and video recording policies must be followed

Intellectual Property
All content, games, branding, and materials at Escape To VR are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is prohibited.
Photos and videos taken at our venue may be used by Escape To VR for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.

Gift Cards
- • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- • Gift cards do not expire under California law
- • Gift cards can be applied to any Escape To VR experience or merchandise

Modifications to Terms
Escape To VR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
