We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for most events. For large corporate events, holiday parties, or weekend dates, booking 4-6 weeks ahead is recommended to ensure availability. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when slots are available.

Can I reschedule or cancel my event booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can reschedule your event up to 48 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, we offer a credit for a future booking. Please contact us directly for any changes to your reservation.

What is the maximum group size you can accommodate?

We can accommodate groups up to 50 people for large events. Our two VR arenas can have up to 6 players in VR simultaneously, and we rotate groups so everyone gets ample play time. For groups larger than 20, we recommend booking a private event for the best experience.

How do you manage large groups with limited VR stations?

We use a structured rotation system where groups take turns in VR while others socialize in our party area. For a 2-hour event with 20 guests, each person typically gets 20-30 minutes of active VR time. Our staff coordinates rotations seamlessly, and many guests enjoy watching others play as much as playing themselves!

VR works best for guests ages 8 and up. The VR headsets are designed for older children and adults. We have kid-friendly game selections for younger audiences and can adjust the experience based on your group composition. Children under 8 can watch and enjoy the party atmosphere.

Yes! Every event includes a dedicated staff member who handles VR setup, game selection, rotation management, and ensures your event runs smoothly. They are trained to work with all age groups and experience levels, making sure everyone has a great time.
